Story
Crocell used to be a paragon of light. Serving as the chairman of the Light Congress, he was an angel respected by everybody. He led the congress with his wisdom, but suddenly disappeared after getting tired of everything. Once the Light Congress announced their entrance in the Galaxy League, he appeared once again, after a long period of silence.
